This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating high\-level requirements into detailed technical designs aligned with enterprise standards and long\-term strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Digital Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and global teams to ensure consistent architecture practices, secure AWS environments, and successful Agile/DevOps adoption. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to recommend solutions based on best practices, performance, security, and cost optimization. * Translate customer requirements and high\-level architecture into detailed technical designs. * Establish and enforce development standards, design models, and code reuse strategies. * Partner with Product Owners and Enterprise Architects to define program specifications and provide development estimates. * Ensure application runtime environments remain current and develop mitigation strategies for system stability. * Design secure AWS environments and promote Agile and DevOps practices. * Collaborate with global and cross\-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization. * Support long\-term strategic development planning and digital product innovation. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * 8\+ years of systems/software design experience. * 5\+ years of programming experience with C\#, .NET, .NET Core, and Python. * 3\+ years of SQL programming experience. * 3\+ years of experience delivering solutions within Agile teams. * Strong knowledge of AWS, DevOps, and Serverless technologies (Docker, Kinesis, Lambda, EventBridge). * Experience with XML, JSON, Windows Services, IIS, Oracle, Linux, Postgres, DynamoDB. * Knowledge of TypeScript, CloudFormation templates, AWS CDK. * Strong understanding of networking, AWS infrastructure, and performance optimization. * Excellent communication, consultative, and time management skills. * Experience working in highly matrixed environments. * Telematics experience is a plus.
