Clinic Manager

**Role Overview:** As Clinic Manager, you will lead daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high\-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing scheduling, patient flow, managing clinicians/practitioners' schedules and patient assignments * Managing budgets, financial records, and clinic profitability (e.g., maximizing clinician schedules and bookings) * Implementing policies, coordinating staff training, and maintaining accurate documentation * Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive patient experiences * Collaborating with medical professionals to support care delivery and quality standards **Work Schedule:** * Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * This is a managerial\-level position with no overtime or special holiday pay **Who We're Looking For?** We prioritize candidates who are highly organized, excel at customer service, and thrive in a healthcare or wellness/fitness setting. * Proven strong customer service and communication skills (essential for client relations, bookings, and team coordination) * Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and operational efficiency * Excellent organizational, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities * Interest in health, wellness, longevity, or Functional Medicine (a big plus; health coach background or eagerness to learn neurotechnology is highly valued) * Medical terminology or healthcare knowledge is advantageous but not required **Education \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred (but not mandatory) **Benefits** * Government\-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag\-IBIG, PhilHealth) * Performance\-based incentives * Opportunity for training in advanced neurotechnology and growth within a dynamic Functional Medicine clinic Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Php34,000\.00 \- Php35,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
