Overview Growe welcomes those who are excited to: Manage multiple social media channels (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok); Create and execute 2–3-week content plans; Participate in shaping and implementing SMM strategies; Produce hands-on content: shoot, edit, write posts; Monitor and respond to comments and messages; Track competitor activity and industry trends; Stay updated on iGaming and affiliate news; Analyze social media performance and prepare reports; Capture and produce content during conferences (interviews, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes. We need your professional experience: 3+ years in SMM, content, or social media roles (B2B / iGaming / high-risk / affiliate); Strong knowledge of Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok; Experience in content creation(posts, stories, short videos); Hands-on skills in video editing, shooting, and basic design; Excellent Ukrainian and English (B2+) writing skills; Flexibility to manage social channels when needed outside standard
