We’re currently seeking a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our multidisciplinary team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven, athlete-focused environment and wants the freedom to build and manage their caseload in a high-caliber setting. Therapists here combine in-network insurance care with strong cash-pay practices, supported by our reliable systems and team. What You’ll Do Provide 1:1, high-quality care in 60-minute sessions Manage a hybrid caseload (insurance + cash pay) Use objective metrics to assess and track progress Collaborate across disciplines for integrated care Contribute to our results-driven, athlete-centered environment What We Offer Flexible scheduling – set your own hours Revenue split model based on collections– as your revenue increases, your split increases. Credentialing support for new providers Full back-end support: We handle scheduling and billing through Jane (EHR) Insurance verifications, benefit checks, and claims follow-up Access to private treatment space and elite performance toolsAn inspiring and collaborative team culture grounded in trust, excellence, and innovation You’re a Strong Fit If You: Hold an active Oregon PT license (in good standing) Are experienced with an athletic clientele or currently work with an athletic population, team or club, preferably in Portland. Have a client base that you can start on day 1 with, or would be able to market directly to. Value independence and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration Are comfortable using (or willing to learn) tools such as force plates, dynamometry, BFR etc. Have strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Maintain current CPR certification Want to move toward independent practice without doing it alone?
