AID Performance Physical Therapy | Ashburn, VA Part-time Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho/Sports) Consistent weekday schedule (target 15–25 hours/week) Pay: $45–$52/hour (based on experience and schedule commitment) AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is a great fit for a clinician looking for a high-quality, patient-first environment with a consistent schedule and strong clinical support. This is a treating role—you will perform evaluations and follow-up visits, manage plans of care, and help patients return to sport and active life. ### Why AID Performance PT Patient-first model: 1-hour evaluations and a max of two patients per hour Sports \& orthopedic focus with return-to-sport programming Advanced tools: VALD ForceDecks, VALD HHD, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) AI scribe documentation support to reduce charting time Supportive, high-performing culture with mentorship and weekly staff development ### Schedule We are looking for a clinician who can commit to a consistent weekday schedule. The ideal availability is 15–25 hours/week, with preference for candidates able to cover recurring blocks (rather than changing week to week). Example schedule options: M–F mornings: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Mid-day blocks: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Afternoons/evenings: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM (Mon–Th) ### Responsibilities Perform orthopedic and sports PT evaluations and follow-up visits Develop and progress individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based care with excellent patient communication Utilize objective testing (VALD) when appropriate to guide progress Maintain high-quality documentation (supported by AI scribe) Collaborate with the team to maintain a strong clinic culture ### Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (required) BLS/CPR (required) Outpatient ortho/sports experience preferred Dry Needling preferred (not required—training available) ### How to Apply Please submit: Your resume (or LinkedIn profile) and A brief note with your preferred recurring weekly availability (days/times) and why you’d be a fit. eRnWNDtO22
