Part Time Nurse Practitioner For Nurse Practitioners who are seeking autonomy, balance, and meaningful patient relationships. This Nurse Practitioner role is ideal for clinicians who value thoughtful, relationship-based care and want a schedule that supports both professional fulfillment and personal well-being. At HealthBar, we partner with organizations to deliver proactive, accessible healthcare in an employer-based clinic setting. This model allows Nurse Practitioners to practice with a high degree of autonomy while remaining supported by a collaborative care team. Position Overview As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a defined patient population within an employer-sponsored clinic. Your work will focus on preventive care, chronic condition management, and addressing acute health needs — all within a predictable, weekday schedule. This role offers a non-traditional care environment that prioritizes continuity, trust, and quality of care. Schedule Monday, 10am - 6pm Wednesday, 10am – 6pm Friday, 10am - 6pm Start and end times are flexible Compensation \& Benefits Part-Time, Hourly Direct access to a clinical provider for employees, spouses, and dependents, with discounted rates through our healthcare network Benefits \& profit-sharing eligible Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with profit-sharing Life insurance Continuing education stipend What You’ll Do Provide advanced clinical support including acute and episodic care, primary preventive care, and chronic disease management Collaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis Establish clinical pathways and treatment protocols Conduct telehealth visits as needed Coordinate care with patients’ external provider networks Act as a clinical consultant while upholding exceptional standards of care Maintain required licensure and certifications What You Bring Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing (from an accredited program) Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC) Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification 2+ years of nursing experience (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient preferred) BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire Preferred Qualifications DOT Examiner Certification (or willingness to train) Additional specialty certifications encouraged (Health Coaching, Case Management, Primary Care, Emergency/Hospital-based specialties, Women’s/Men’s Health, Sports Medicine) The pay range for this role is: 52 - 60 USD per hour(Hastings, MI) Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
