About the role We are recruiting for a Sales Operations Administrator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is based at our offices in Wokingham, however we appreciate the importance of a positive work life balance and have a hybrid home and office working model. The Sales Operations Administrator will be responsible taking care of the process from Order to Billing and providing relevant Sales Operations support for our customers internally and externally. You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales order and work order process is faultless from start to finish, whilst working with the wider teams to achieve improved billing accuracy \& timeline targets. You’ll need to have a proven ability to follow direction, be receptive to instruction and able to process requests swiftly and accurately. The role requires use of the company's group-wide cloud-based Salesforce CRM system, so a fantastic eye for detail and experience of order processing is essential in managing the collection, entry, integrity, consistency and quality of the data. Key responsibilities: Responsible for Order, Work Order and Billing processing and amendments, you’ll provide best practice support for your CitNOW Group colleagues through our database Salesforce Act as the point of contact for data that supports the GTM teams regarding Customer Agreements and Billing Responsible for supporting the administration of the sales operations task queues Ensure the sales order and work order process is faultless from start to finish Provide support for our customers internally and externally throughout the sales order and billing life cycle Collaborate with your Sales Operations colleagues to continue the development of best practice sales order and work order processes and offer your recommendations for improvements Strive to ensure that all orders are effectively processed to allow for improved billing accuracy and timeliness Work closely with our Salesforce team to ensure that processes are followed and offer your recommendations for improvements We are looking for: An experienced Administrator, used to a fast-paced environment Previous experience using Salesforce is desirable but not essential Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package is second to none.
