We’re looking for an Implementation Associate to join a fast growing financial planning network and play a key role in onboarding and supporting adviser firms as they transition into a modern, technology driven environment. The Onboarding Team’s primary objective is to ensure high-quality client setups using our internal systems across various products. This role involves managing client configuration queries from internal stakeholders. The team oversees the entire process, from receiving the request to setting up the client and delivering credentials. As an Onboarding Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the client welcome process and handle various administrative tasks related to the broader Business Operations team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating the onboarding process, ensuring that client information and documentation are collected, reviewed, and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
