Duties \& Responsibilities Greet the public, answer the telephone, check in/register patients, check out/schedule follow-up appointments and collect payments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information. Maintains copies and files of patient records and charts. Qualifications Minimum education: must be a high school graduate or possess a GED.
