Poste: ---------- As a Brand Content Producer, you will collaborate with our Transmedia Manager to expand our Little Nightmares IP into new storytelling formats. You will play a key role in building a rich narrative universe through publishing content, podcasts, and other creative projects, while ensuring every initiative aligns with brand strategy and business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to combine creative production with strategic thinking, shaping content that engages fans and drives growth for one of our strongest video game IP. Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list): Transmedia Content Creation \& Production Analyze market trends in the entertainment field to support the Transmedia Manager in strategy development and ensure thorough market knowledge Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Narrative Director, Marketing, Production) and external partners (writers, artists, publishers, production companies) to produce high-quality content aligned with brand pillars Supervise the production of publishing and audio projects from concept to release, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met Maintain consistency with the franchise’s story world and update the IP’s narrative bible as new content is developed Project Coordination Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth production workflows Communicate story adaptations and updates across teams to keep all content aligned with global narrative strategy Strategic Support \& Promotion Contribute to the global content strategy to maximize brand awareness and revenue opportunities Work with marketing teams and creative agencies to develop promotional assets (covers, key art, trailers, advertising materials) Prepare and present project updates to internal committees and stakeholders Profil: ----------- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus Proven experience in content production (publishing, audio, or entertainment media) Business-oriented mindset with knowledge of marketing strategies Strong understanding of storytelling and world-building for established Ips Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus Excellent project management and organizational skills Passion for video games and entertainment media * Willingness to travel occasionally Autres informations: ------------------------ Sounds interesting? Media Project Manager
Position overview CMT invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Media Project Manager based at our Head Office in Rondebosch. Salary commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination and management of multi-platform media campaigns with a strong focus on behaviour change communication. The role requires comprehensive understanding of media workflows, including production, post-production, scheduling, delivery, and compliance with broadcaster and platform requirements. The position demands strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistent adherence to deadlines and budgets. Key Responsibilities (This list is not exhaustive): Provide day-to-day project management, scheduling and reporting support to the Media Production Department Plan, coordinate and schedule media projects and campaigns across multiple platforms Manage the production and delivery timelines of creative assets Prioritise workloads to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met Support the administration and coordination of media production staff and service providers Contribute to the development of funding proposals and donor documentation Develop and manage project budgets during planning and proposal phases Ensure supplier and contractor agreements accurately reflect deliverables and timelines Prepare and submit expenditure documentation and financial reports in collaboration with the Finance Department Compile operational, narrative and financial reports for funders and stakeholders Track and report on media campaign performance, narrative outcomes and expenditure Consolidate media data into accurate, comprehensive reports Prepare presentations, case studies and internal documentation relating to campaign work Report regularly to the Programme Director and Chief Executive Officer on project progress, risks, budgets and future planning.
