Licensed Massage Therapist (Independent Contractor) NeuroSport Spine and Concussion Center – Vancouver, WA NeuroSport Spine and Concussion Center is seeking up to two skilled Licensed Massage Therapists (Independent Contractors) to join our multidisciplinary medical and sports medicine clinic. This is not a spa environment. This is a professional clinical setting focused on concussion care, dysautonomia/POTS, sports injuries, and complex neuromusculoskeletal conditions. We serve patients from across the Pacific Northwest and throughout North America. About NeuroSport NeuroSport Spine and Concussion Center is led by William J. Moreau, DC, DACBSP, FACSM, former Director of Clinics for the United States Olympic Committee. Our clinic provides evidence-guided, team-based care for athletes and patients with neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions. Position Overview Massage therapy is an integral part of our patient care model. You will work alongside Doctors of Chiropractic and clinical staff to provide therapeutic massage as part of individualized treatment plans in a medical and rehabilitation-based setting. Patient populations include: Sports injuries and athletic recovery Post-concussion patients Chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions Dysautonomia and POTS patients Rehabilitation and performance care This role is ideal for a massage therapist seeking a medical, sports medicine, or rehabilitation-focused practice rather than a spa or volume-driven environment. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage treatments based on established clinical care plans Communicate with providers regarding patient progress and response to care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Maintain a professional, clean, and safe treatment environment Support patient education and recovery goals Qualifications Current Washington State Massage Therapist License (required) Professional liability insurance (required for independent contractors) Strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic techniques Experience in sports, medical, or rehabilitation massage preferred Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Excellent communication and patient care skills Enjoyment of working within a collaborative healthcare team Schedule \& Compensation Independent Contractor (1099 position) Seeking up to two part-time therapists Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability Competitive compensation: $50–$75 per hour, based on experience and skill set Consistent patient referrals from clinic providers No spa sales pressure or commission-based model Why Join NeuroSport?
