We’re currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, mentoring others, and upholding high standards on every project. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee electrical installations on commercial and multifamily construction projects * Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper layout and installation * Supervise and support journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on site * Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local and national electrical codes * Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality, and efficiency * Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience * Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred * Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes * Ability to read and interpret construction documents * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Florida journeyman or master electrician license (preferred) We also offer a full benefits package that includes: * Health Insurance - 4 different plans to choose from * Dental/Vision/Life * 401K Matching * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays * Employee Referral Program Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday. * Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. * Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders. * Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks. * Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.). * Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
