Job description: #### Job Overview Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a clinician-owned, physician-integrated practice that prioritizes collaboration, evidence-based care, and patient outcomes. You’ll work closely with orthopedic surgeons and specialists in sports medicine, joint, and spine care to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services. #### Responsibilities Conduct detailed physical therapy evaluations to assess function and mobility Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals Track and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress Support discharge planning and continuity of care #### Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required) Active Physical Therapy License in Delaware (Required) 1+ year of experience in outpatient care preferred Strong understanding of anatomy and musculoskeletal rehab Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Benefits 401(k) #### Health insurance #### Dental and vision insurance #### Paid time off (PTO) #### Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
