Incumbent will be responsible for achieving their individual assigned pharmacy sales goals/KPI’s via national outbound and inbound telephone calls for the purpose of selling ANDA products and services. Expectation to add incremental value to ANDA’s AOP and market share. The incumbent will use consultative selling techniques to increase business with existing customers while procuring new business opportunities. Ability to execute new business opportunities on behalf of the organization. Specialties in supply chain include, but are not limited to vaccine, medical surgical products, surgical supplies, generic items, brand items, vet meds and consumer products.How you’ll spend your day ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers with strong focus on new business development. May have an individual or team sales/KPI quota and is likely to have a target earnings bonus or sales incentive opportunity Delivers differentiated value to customers through a growing understanding of the unique needs of customer segments and apply a sales execution model that is consultative and solution-focused. Responsible for analyzing and executing customer program metrics. Consistently demonstrates knowledge and expertise as it relates to industry standards and the growing marketplace changes. Your experience and qualifications Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. An Exercise Physiologist in this role will conduct and evaluate all Cardiology exercise tests for patients based on physician orders, clinical assessments and standard protocols. They will also coordinate technicians and patients in consultation with Cardiologists. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Provide care to adults utilizing appropriate assessment and interview techniques. Identify psychosocial, physical and education needs common to adults. Reassure and support patients when there is anxiety. Modify testing techniques to reflect response unique to adults. Educate patients on specific needs. Inspect, clean, calibrate and maintain equipment in accordance with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)/American College of Cardiology (ACC)/American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. Verify physician order and perform the appropriate testing using ACSM/ACC/AHA guidelines for scheduled patient as well as add-on emergency patients. Act as a resource for the Cardiologist for patient education and troubleshooting of therapeutic issues related to exercise and cardiac risk factor modification. Utilize computer resources such as the MUSE, Case Stress system and EpicCare EMR system for obtaining EKG reading and reports. Assist Cardiology staff with research projects and quality improvement. Conduct pre-test entry interviews and consultations with patients. Perform additional physiologic assessment as required (i.e. metabolic testing, oximetry, etc.). Communicate negative stress results to patients in a timely and effective manner. Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation and files at all times, including products and service quotes. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Training in graded exercise testing, EKG analysis and interpretation and Cardiovascular exercise physiology Cardiac rehabilitation principles Bachelor's or Master's degree in exercise-related field.
