The Role As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects aligned with strategic initiatives for growth and efficiency. Reporting to the Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for gathering and defining requirements, interpreting data, and identifying new process improvement opportunities. You will work across a variety of projects involving change management, business process improvements, and strategic transformations, ensuring successful implementation within agreed scopes and timeframes. Your Profile You are a seasoned Business Analysis practitioner with over five years of experience supporting end-to-end technology and business transformation projects. You possess advanced communication skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to executive leadership. You have a strong background in system integrations, API documentation, and data migrations, and you are proficient in translating organisational strategy into clear, measurable deliverables. What is required from you * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document current and future state business requirements. * Facilitate workshops to produce requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for platform replacements and transformation initiatives. * Develop comprehensive analyst artifacts, including ROI calculations and the prioritisation of change benefits. * Define business metrics and benefit measures in coordination with Project Managers and Finance teams. * Document technical dependencies, including integration requirements, APIs, data migrations, and cyber security/privacy controls. * Support RFP/RFI processes, evaluating vendor demonstrations and contributing to reference-check criteria. * Create essential documentation, such as work instructions, user guides, and transition-to-support materials for knowledge transfer. * Contribute to governance, including reporting, Steering Committee papers, and post-implementation reviews. * Conduct gap analysis to identify issues and propose effective process re-engineering solutions. About You: * 8+ years' experience in operations, project delivery, manufacturing, construction, or engineering, with proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Strong knowledge of project delivery, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, operational improvement, and commercial management. * Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in modular construction, prefabrication, data centres, or industrial projects, with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ERP systems, and Australian construction and WHS regulations, is highly desirable. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are advantageous. \Applicants must be Australian/New Zealand citizens or have Permanent Residency.

You'll be the friendly face and voice that walks customers through onboarding, runs training sessions and supports customers through any software support they need, You're someone who loves working with people, whether that's a room full of new users or a screen-share with one person who's a bit nervous about "the new system." You're naturally organised, happy owning your own schedule, and comfortable juggling multiple customers and sessions without dropping the ball. You genuinely care about the people on the other end of the call. You get a kick out of teaching someone something new. You're curious about software and systems and quick to pick up how something works. And because you're talking to customers every day, you're in a great position to notice patterns of user issues and the features people keep asking for, the things that would make their jobs easier.
