The Operations Manager leads the production department and their efforts in the safe and cost-effective operation. Responsible for facilitating, directing and controlling, as appropriate, all aspects of the production operation to ensure achievement of company goals and objectives. Ensure that the plant is operating in compliance with all regulatory and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Duties * Plan, organize and direct the Manufacturing department * Plan, direct production activities \& establish production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors * In conjunction with Production Supervisors, coordinate and supervise the daily, weekly, and monthly activities of Production * Work with other functional leaders (internal to plant and corporate) to develop \& implement plans to efficiently use materials, labor \& equipment to meet production targets * Organize/facilitate production shutdown/start-up for maintenance purposes * Achieve project or departmental objectives within agreed time, cost, \& quality parameters * Along with Safety Rep for the plant and Corporate Safety Director, responsible for the safe operation of the production area ensuring the staff is properly trained on the company's safety policies, practices, and procedures * Identify/resolve safety concerns or issues, including accident/incident reporting, investigation and resolution * Ensure that manufacturing team members are properly trained, responsible for their safety, the safety of their team members and the quality of our production * Develop \& deliver Manufacturing Cost Savings plans to achieve annual savings goals * Provide full cycle performance management support for direct reports * Ensure Production Dept has the appropriate training and coverage. Update training schedule/program to cross train employees Requirements * B.S. Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred with experience in the chemical industry * Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience ideally with 2-3 years of direct leadership/management of plant personnel * Strong understanding of KPI’s and delivering results * Experience in developing and planning forecast and execute operating budgets * Results driven leader * Strategic thinker, planner, able to drive continuous improvement and achieve results * Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, motivational, and communication skills which can be demonstrated in an everyday work environment * Possess high professional ethics, dependability, good judgment and ability to take decisive action * Proficiency in use of personal computers including MS Outlook, Excel (pivot tables, formula, conditional formatting etc), \& Word * Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing experience ideal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Works with various departments including IT, marketing, finance, operations, and nursing to plan, coordinate, and carry out data reporting activities. * Leads the organization’s efforts to report meaningful data for decision making. * Assists Administration and Center Directors in developing reports and communicates results. * Serves as a valuable resource for Administration for data collection, research, and analytical activities. * Effectively communicates project status, progress, and needs with Administrative staff members. * Analyzes and reports on complex data to meet organizational needs. * Participates in professional development activities to keep current with trends and practices in healthcare data, analyzing data, reporting including electronic health record and Azara functionality. * Knowledge of Practice Analytics, Azara, Excel, and data reporting strategies. * Trains staff on use of Azara and other analytical systems. * Understands our Electronic Medical Record system and how to extract meaningful data. * Analyzes data for trends. . * Maintains strictest confidentiality. * Travels to all Health Partners’ locations, as necessary. * Demonstrates effective leadership, communication and managerial skills. * Demonstrates ability to manage change and assists others within the organization to navigate changes. * Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of previous experience with data analytics REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Successful completion of in-house training. We are seeking a highly motivated Safety Manager to oversee and enhance safety programs. This role provides a significant amount of autonomy and will involve close collaboration with both the safety and operations teams to drive safety excellence. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with management and field personnel to ensure compliance with Federal, State, local, company, and customer safety regulations. Plan, conduct, and deliver company-specific and customer-required safety training sessions. Perform field safety audits, conduct thorough incident investigations, and prepare detailed reports. Review and make recommendations on safety gear, ensuring the availability of appropriate safety equipment for all sites. Work closely with the safety team to identify and implement site-specific safety improvements. Assist the General Manager and Project Managers in evaluating safety requirements for current and prospective customers. Attend customer walk-through meetings, develop tailored safety plans, and advise on safety best practices. Regularly visit job sites to perform in-depth safety walkthroughs and ensure the adoption of safe practices. Exercise Stop Work Authority when necessary to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain accurate safety documentation and ensure records are up-to-date for both the company and customers. Be available for after-hours and weekend emergency response as needed. Qualifications: Valid driver's license is required. Associate’s degree in EH\&S, related field, or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation, industrial, construction, and/or waste services; background in safety management required. OSHA 510/511 and 500/501 certifications are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software for documentation and reporting. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations; familiarity with DOT regulations is helpful. Experience in environmental compliance is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
