Position Summary: A privately held, growth-oriented conglomerate is seeking a seasoned Head of Data Science to lead its growth strategy and operational efforts through data analytics. The Head of Data Science is responsible for overseeing all of the companies in the conglomerate’s growth efforts to ensure best in class market positioning to drive operational outcomes by leveraging data to drive automation and strategy. This role guides all marketing functions, aligns compliance with business goals and drives our market positioning to ensure all decisions grow the brand while following rules and regulations of all applicable regulatory bodies. With a focus on enhancing business growth, efficiency, and client service across multiple related companies. The Head of Data Science works closely with operations, finance, and external vendors to ensure strong positioning in all processes. This role manages and coordinates the marketing pertaining to company’s subsidiaries in the region including but not limited to online lead generation, and multi-channel business development. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and a proactive mindset. This role is for someone who can leverage data to build something truly novel, not just build dashboards but drive real operational insight and shape the future of the organization. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and oversee the Data Analytics for the Marketing Department and business at large, including setting structure, goals, and performance standards. · Lead the analytics strategy, planning, and execution for marketing offers by turning business problems into hypotheses, establishing KPIs, standardizing metric definitions, and aligning success metrics to create decision-ready insights. · Apply AI tools and automation to streamline analysis workflows, reduce cycle time, and accelerate insight delivery with consistent quality. · Execute digital strategies (AEO/SEO/SEM, social media, local listing management) to increase high-intent traffic. · Own the end-to-end data strategy, accountable for pipeline generation, operational strategy, and revenue contribution. · Act as a hands-on creative leader when needed—reviewing messaging, shaping campaigns, and guiding high-impact content execution · Build a scalable, high-performing data organization across all channels · Oversee multi-channel campaigns, digital engagement, and brand management to strengthen visibility across all company verticals and markets. · Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate ROI tied to growth objectives by creating measurable business outcomes. · Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to design and implement a forward-looking, organization-wide strategy that aligns marketing initiatives with the company’s mission, vision, and strategic plan, ensuring long-term sustainability, adaptability, and operational excellence. Qualifications: Required: · 8-12 years of progressive related data experience. · Must have a bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Related Field · Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills. · Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and technologies · Highly analytical with strong understanding of attribution and performance metrics · Extensive data analytics skills- not just collating data but turning data into actionable insights Preferred: · Experience in Insurance operations preferably on the Agency or Insurtech side. · Experience building from 0-1 in fast paced companies or in start-up environments · Master’s degree in Statistics or Related Fields · 15+ Years of Progressive Experience. Position Summary: The Director of Technical Operations at LCI is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of all technical and operational functions related to production, logistics, maintenance, and inspection. This position ensures that all technical departments operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards while meeting production deadlines and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight * Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for: * Production Control and Planning * Shipping \& Receiving * Logistics * Facilities Maintenance * Leads and Technicians * Tooling and Equipment * Ensure all technical operations meet production schedules, delivery targets, and internal KPIs. Production \& Planning * Oversee production planning activities to ensure adequate material availability and timely job execution. * Collaborate with CSMs, Materials and Purchasing to forecast material requirements and support workload planning. Inspection \& Compliance * Ensure documentation, part control, and quality assurance processes meet industry and regulatory standards (FAA). * Partner with inspection and admin staff to improve documentation accuracy and traceability. Logistics Management * Direct all logistics functions including receiving, internal routing, and shipping of aircraft parts and materials. * Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance tracking for all logistics personnel. Facility Operations * Manage facility maintenance operations through oversight of the Facility Maintenance team. * Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in all production areas. Team Leadership \& Development * Mentor and lead Crew Leads, Technicians, and Department Managers. * Drive accountability, professional development, and cross-training among technical staff. * Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Performance Monitoring * Track and analyze departmental metrics (e.g., production output, lead times, labor efficiency). * Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost or downtime. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner closely with Business Operations, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure operational alignment. * Serve as a liaison between technical departments and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in technical operations or manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or aviation MRO. * Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including logistics, planning, and production control. * Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards (FAA, AS9100, ISO, etc.). * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Quantum and AvSight is a plus.
