We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Product Manager. This position reports to the Sr. Product Manager and will work in Stuart, FL. About the position As Product Manager of the Stuart team, you will be involved in supporting programs for new product development and stay current with market requirements and competitor market shares. This position will be evaluated on their contribution to revenue growth, gross margin, and performance quality of the products and electrical systems they manage. Main responsibilities: * Own the portfolio of digital switching and telematics marine products * Manage product competitiveness and complexity by ensuring right distance between SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), managing product life cycle, proposing end-of-life, and driving modularization * Maintain a deep understanding of the markets, customer experiences, needs, segmentation, and competitor offerings * Support product development prioritization based on input from the market, develop end-to-end product business plan, and identify needs for investment to ensure right products are built correctly * Identify and fill product gaps and generate innovative ideas that grow market share * Deeply understand current and future electrical system architectures, including both Dometic and third-party components, to design and deliver custom integrated solutions tailored to OEM builder needs * Support sales and marketing function in defining product positioning, USPs (Unique Selling Points), product branding, selling content, and value-based selling * Develop strong working relationship with key customers * Develop and manage product vision white papers, roadmaps, presentations, and formal business cases * Create buy-in for the product vision internally and externally with key customers * Define mechanical, electrical, and UI/UX product requirements * Develop and set strategic pricing guardrails per segment to ensure appropriate product prices * Drive product price positioning, product pricing lifecycle, and annual pricing updates * Conduct margin analysis, industry/market research, and in-life performance measurement to determine product demand, positioning, viability, and profitability * Act as an internal voice of the customer for the development team * Drive product launch priorities including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members * Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed * Build awareness and understanding of products to clients (internal and external) * Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on products and services * Look for field feedback and warranty information and drive for product continuous improvement * Pre-empt potential problems and provide effective solutions in reaction to the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes developed to support the new product or product change What do we offer? Treasure Coast Maternity Center is a nonprofit 501(c) 3 corporation located in Stuart, Florida that leads a cooperative community effort to reduce fetal and infant mortality and improve the health and developmental outcomes of infants, childbearing women, and their families in Martin County. Position Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Mom Mobile Unit. The role requires clinical and administrative skills. The Mom Mobile travels to different locations to offer prenatal care. The CMA will support the midwife by assisting with patient care and administrative tasks including preparing for blood draws, taking vital signs and ensuring smooth operation of Mom Mobile. Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with the Certified Nurse Midwife to assist with prenatal exams, clients education, and general care Take vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and weight) and perform routine screenings such as urine dipsticks and glucose checks Draw blood samples for routine prenatal lab work including but not limited to CBC, glucose levels, HIV and syphilis testing to be sent to Quest Diagnostics for analysis; Support the midwife in ensuring proper blood collection and handling of samples for lab submission. Ensure that the mobile unit is fully stocked, clean and ready for service at all times. This includes managing medical supplies, equipment and general upkeep of the vehicle. Assist with scheduling client appointments maintaining accurate client records and handling other clerical duties as needed. Assist with the promotion of services to the local community and help build trust within underserved populations. Work closely with other healthcare professionals including the certified midwife to ensure high-quality care is provided to all clients. Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations and protocols for client care as well as policies and procedures of the organization. Review patients’ chief complaint and prepares electronic medical chart for medical providers to use during a visit. Order on-site testing, labs, immunizations, referrals, authorizations and procedures per provider’s order. Secure patient information and maintains patient confidentiality by completing and safeguarding medical records and other patient information according privacy policies and HIPAA standards. Maintains a safe, secure and healthy work environment. Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the mobile unit, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition (e.g., checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and basic vehicle functionality). Follow standards and procedures outlined in the employee manual. Report to off site location for work as needed. (Be available to travel for work) All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required; must be in good standing with the certifying body (AAMA, AMT). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical assistant preferably in an OB/GYN or prenatal care setting. Valid Florida Driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving large vehicles (RV, buses or mobile unit) preferred. Spanish Required Current CPR and First Aid certification required; additional certifications such as phlebotomy preferred. Experience with phlebotomy and lab specimen handling including sending samples to external labs (Quest Diagnostics experience preferred). Flexible with work location and schedule, including the possibility of evenings or weekends based on business needs. Bilingual skills are preferred. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on Mom Mobile schedule. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry medical supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient movement or transfers when needed. Special Requirements and Physical Demands: The candidate must have a reliable vehicle, possess a valid Florida Driver’s License, maintain a satisfactory driving record, and be eligible for coverage under any applicable agency insurance. The candidate must be able to use keyboarding skills by using their hands to enter data and text. The candidate must be able to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, climb stairs, balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The candidate must also be able to lift or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally move up to lift 25 lbs.
