As the CWJ Launch Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition of new properties into our management portfolio. This position involves coordinating with various departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding * Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding for newly acquired customer * Conduct kickoff meetings with clients \& coordinate action items * Monitor onboarding milestones and proactively address obstacles. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Manage remote coordinators * Partner with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure a smooth introduction \& handoff * Oversee some on-site activities at properties performed by Operations Manager Reporting \& Process Improvement * Maintain quality control to ensure accurate information for property and owner records * Report on onboarding status and key success metrics * Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and customer experience Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on onboarding or property transitions preferred. * Knowledge: Strong understanding of property management regulations, leasing processes, and maintenance protocols. * Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with various stakeholders. * Tech Savvy: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms is a plus. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCRM, CPM, CAM) a plus. Overview Joby Aviation is seeking a passionate Senior/Staff Manufacturing Engineer to join our Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Engineering Team in San Carlos, CA. The Senior/Staff Manufacturing Engineer will lead new product introduction and ramp-up of Joby aircraft powertrain through implementation of manufacturing equipment and new processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams. This individual must be highly organized and self-driven while possessing a deep understanding of manufacturing scale-up, mechanical \& electrical fundamentals, equipment and quality systems. This position is exciting and rewarding, as the Senior Manufacturing Engineer will promptly see their ideas influence many key areas due to the fast pace of Joby Aviation. Responsibilities * Partner with Design, Quality, Test, and Equipment Engineering to develop world-class motor manufacturing processes, driving higher quality, quantity, and on-time equipment readiness at every build phase * Lead cross-functional execution with a “one-team” mindset to deliver step-change improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and ergonomics from prototype through ramp to volume production * Own and evolve continuous improvement strategies (lean, constraint removal, automation introduction, test performance optimization) to improve availability, quality, and line performance across welding, impregnation, magnet assembly, rotor/stator build, and final motor test * Author and release high-clarity manufacturing procedures, then drive successful adoption on the production line to ensure flawless build execution at scale * Wholly own manufacturing process and equipment deployment of assigned product(s) and manufacturing lines. Required * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant industry experience; Master’s + 6 yrs; PhD + 3 yrs. * Solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles and practices * Hands-on experience in manufacturing process development and execution of process validation activities * Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, with a history of effectively working in cross-functional team environments in a fast-paced, scrappy environment * Detail-oriented with a passion for digging into technical challenges and providing thoughtful, constructive feedback across teams * Proficient in GD\&T per ASME Y14.5 for complex tolerance stack-up analysis * Proficient in CAD (Solidworks or CATIA preferred) * Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed. Desired * Proven ability to enhance product line performance using SPC (statistical process control) methods and techniques * Proven track record of delivering multiple products from concept through to full-scale production * Experience with electric motor assembly, power electronics, or complex electro-mechanical systems, including associated tooling and equipment * Experience in manufacturing in a regulated environment such as 14 CFR Part 21, ISO9001, ISO 13485, TS16949, or equivalent Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $119,800 - $205,600/year . The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
