Your accuracy ensures our production and installation teams deliver flawless results every time.Key Responsibilities: Conduct precise, detailed measurements of windows and doors at customer locations using industry-standard tools. Assess job site conditions and identify any potential installation challenges, reporting them promptly to the relevant teams. Document all measurements and project details accurately and thoroughly. Communicate effectively and professionally with homeowners, providing an outstanding customer experience. Collaborate closely with project managers, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless coordination. What We're Looking For Experience: Proven experience measuring windows and doors in the home remodeling or construction industry (2+ years of window installation experience is a plus). Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Attributes: The ability to work independently, manage your schedule efficiently, and a professional, courteous demeanor. Requirements: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation (truck or van preferred), and your own basic measurement tools. As a Fitness coach you can expect to perform the following duties: Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts Helping members set and achieve goals Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate-focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout Being a team player Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements: Being AED/CPR certified – required At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness, such as: + National Strength \& Conditioning Association (NSCA) + American Council on Exercise (ACE) + American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) + Aerobics \& Fitness Association of America (AFAA - Personal Training Cert only) + National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) + National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) + International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA- special provisions apply) Job Type: Variable Hour Employee – Part-time \& Full-time hours available Hours per week: 20-40, 25 or more preferred Compensation: You will be paid an hourly rate of $14.00 for administrative time including, not limited to meetings, continuing education, and community outreach events. The hourly rate is for non-class time hours. For classes coached, you will be paid based on OTF tenure and class attendance between $25 to $55 per class.
