Job Summary: This role is a Senior Business Analyst with experience in IT solutions to join our Client Experience Practice. The Senior Business Analyst role participates in meetings for business analysis, functional design, business process design, and user enablement needs. This role is part of a project team that is responsible for overseeing customer’s needs to ascertain requirements, strive to build and maintain strong customer relations as well as ensure client expectations are successfully met.
