Growth Marketer We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to help us accelerate Heron’s growth by owning demand generation across the business. If you love creating content, experimenting with growth tactics, iterating quickly, and building systems that generate real pipeline, we’d love to hear from you! The Opportunity We’re looking for someone who wants to be hands-on across the full growth stack: running paid campaigns, improving our website, distributing content, amplifying founder-led marketing, and building the analytics to know what’s working. From day one, you’ll own our key demand-generation channels and quickly begin scaling them. You might do this by spending time with our customers, launching experiments, doing some analysis on what works and helping us build a ‘machine’ that predictably generates leads.
