About the Role​ We are looking for a proactive, independent Lead Generation \& Sales Specialist to help grow our SaaS business (omnicierge.ai). You will work closely with the CEO to build and execute strategies for finding, qualifying, and engaging leads, primarily in the Australian market. This is a hands-on role — you will generate your own pipeline, reach out to prospects, and support the onboarding of new clients. Key Responsibilities ∙Lead Generation: Research and create lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, and other prospecting methods. ∙Outreach \& Engagement: Contact leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, or other channels to qualify opportunities. ∙Lead Qualification: Understand prospects’ needs, evaluate fit for the SaaS product, and prioritize high-value opportunities. ∙Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads, interactions, and next steps. ∙Collaboration with CEO: Report progress daily/weekly, share insights, and support decision-making on strategy and prioritization. ∙Funnel Optimization: Suggest and implement new outreach methods or lead sources to improve pipeline and conversions. ∙Onboarding Support: Assist in guiding new customers through the initial setup and product adoption. Requirements ∙2+ years experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or sales, ideally selling to Australian SMEs or enterprises. ∙Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRMs, or similar tools. ∙Proven ability to generate, qualify, and convert leads independently. ∙Familiarity with the SaaS sales process and onboarding. ∙Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Job Description The Impact You Will Have Embark on a transformative journey into the Public Cloud! The AWS Lead Operations Specialist is ultimately responsible for supporting the administrative functions of AWS APN pipeline operations. This role will provide ongoing updates and communication to internal and AWS stakeholders on the status of our APN pipeline health. They are actioning tasks within our SLAs, empowering team members to scale. The 3 key measures within the Lead Operations management process: * Maintaining enhanced response time and meeting SLA * Ensuring consistent communication and updates of internal and external systems * Operational efficiency through process execution What You’ll Do * Responsible for entering opportunities into APN and ensuring opportunities are kept up to date * Providing consistent communication to AWS partners and internal stakeholders on pipeline reporting * Maintaining accurate and updated information across all necessary systems * Influence operational efficiencies in AWS lead process * Track and monitor progress of AWS opportunities from start to end * Administrative duties as required (examples include but not limited to: account mapping, submitting PR requests via MS Forms, submitting new/update vendor cases in SFDC) What You’ll Bring to the Table * 1+ year of administrative, sales, or operations role * Strong communication skills, and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders including sales teams, vendors, and other technical resources * A customer-first mentality, centered on ensuring best possible experience * A problem-solving mind that can lend itself to identifying how we can improve and optimize process * Detail-oriented mindset with focus on maintaining accurate and updated information across multiple internal and external systems * Comfortable with administrative functions and data entry, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and/or PowerBI * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (recommended in role) * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
