To support our expansion across Europe, we are looking for an IT Product Manager to support product delivery, system optimization, and operational excellence across our logistics and business operations. Your Responsibilities * Support requirement analysis, product planning, and system implementation * Collect and analyze user feedback and operational data to improve user experience and product performance * Coordinate project execution from planning to go-live * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and product documentation * Monitor system usage and operational KPIs and prepare reports * Collaborate closely with business users, operations, IT, and support teams * Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives after product launch Your Profile * Bachelor’s degree or above * 3+ years of experience in IT Product Management, Product Operations, or related areas * Experience within logistics, express, e-commerce, or related industries is preferred * Experience in requirement analysis, product operations, or system implementation * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills * Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities * Experience with tools such as: * Jira * Confluence * Axure * XMind * Strong English communication skills * German or Chinese is a plus * Experience in quality control, data products, or OA process management is an advantage Why Join Us? * Fast-growing international logistics company * Dynamic and international working environment * High-impact role with strong ownership * Opportunity to support scalable operational and product processes across Europe
