Job Duties and Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. Key Responsibilities: Lead the annual IT budgeting and forecasting process (OpEx, CapEx, cost allocations, labor capitalization), partnering closely with IT leadership to translate technical needs into strategic financial plans Analyze IT spend to drive cost optimization and efficiency, including vendor negotiations, contract reviews, resource allocation, and service-delivery impact assessments Prepare and deliver financial reporting and insights for IT and senior leadership, including budget variance analysis, spend trends, and performance of IT initiatives Partner with IT stakeholders to build business cases, ROI models, and financial forecasts for technology investments, including lifecycle planning and post-implementation reviews Lead FinOps strategy and team to drive cloud financial accountability, optimize cloud consumption, and implement governance, tagging, and cost-allocation frameworks Serve as the primary finance liaison to IT, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and internal controls, while aligning IT investments to enterprise business strategy and managing/developing finance talent Skills, Experience and Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; CPA or MBA preferred 7-8 years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience including 2-3 years of prior management experience, IT focus preferred Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial principles, and statutory regulations Proven experience as a Financial Manager with advanced Microsoft Excel and finance software proficiency; Onestream, Oracle, or ServiceNow experience a plus Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels Leadership skills to guide teams and ensure effective financial processes Expertise in employee relationship building, performance management, and driving results Professional qualifications (CFA/CPA) are a plus Visa sponsorship not available for this role Benefits: We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP) ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session. Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients. Essential Duties \& Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions. Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele. Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab polices and safety rules. Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations. Handle member concerns when applicable. Assist General Manager and sales associates with studio tour, offsite events, and sales as needed. Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention. Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time. Qualifications: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, flexibility and mobility. Required background (one of the following degrees or certifications): Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Applied Science, Sports Medicine, Human Biomechanics Licensed Massage Therapist Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer or Sports Coach Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid) Certified Pilates, Yoga or Dance Instructor 1 year experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients. Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people. Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy. Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals. Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
