Job Summary The Physician Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of a physician practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, efficient workflows, and exceptional patient experiences. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role involves managing administrative and clinical staff, financial operations, compliance, and the implementation of strategic initiatives to support the practice’s growth and success. Minimum Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with provider practice operations strongly preferred. * Computer competencies with proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) required, Meditech preferred. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Required Competencies Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams effectively. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, patients, physicians, and leadership. * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges. * Financial: Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle processes. * Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities. * Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skill to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. * Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), standard office applications, and data reports. * Compliance: In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards. * Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and mange time effectively in a fast-paced setting. * Strategic Thinking: Capacity to identify opportunities for growth and align practice operations with organizational goals. Essential Functions * Support execution of WHS and WMG strategic initiatives pertinent to their practice by monitoring the day-to-day operations including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes. * Address and resolve issues pertaining to practice operations in accordance with established WMG policies and procedures. * Monitor and optimize workflows for clinical and administrative staff. * Identify performance improvement opportunities in the practice(s) and implement initiatives using PDSA cycle. * Support all WHS quality/performance standards and process improvement goals and adherence to all WHS standards and exemplifies the WHS Mission, Vision, and Values. * Ensure compliance with WHS and WMG policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements of the practice. * Prepare and retain records, files, and reports according to various regulatory, accreditations, practice standards. * Coordinate equipment and facility maintenance and repair as required. * Execute action plans for an inclusive patient experience program and monitor staff performance. * Support and execute population health management action plans pertinent to their practice(s). * Ensure adequate staffing and staff coverage of the practice. * Foster and shared expectations and behavioral norms consistent with desired group culture. * Orient, train, and supervise staff assigned to the practice(s). * Coordinate onboarding of new providers. * Ensure accountability for expectations of staff roles and responsibilities. * Perform annual performance reviews, coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline as needed, involving the Executive Director and Human Resources support as necessary. * Promote teamwork. * Convene monthly practice meetings with providers and staff to communicate and support practice performance related to + Quality of care, patient safety + Patient experience + Clinical risk management + Patient access + Operating budget * Ensure timely, effective communications with providers and staff. * Assist with input regarding the financial performance for the practice(s). * Collaborate with the revenue cycle team to resolve reimbursement issues stemming from practice workflows or execution. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities: Process Transfer and Scale-Up: Oversee the successful transfer of API/DS processes from development to Foundry with a focus on purification and flexibility in supporting multiple modalities, including Biologics, ADCs, Tides, ensuring process fit to plant, scalability, and right-first-time execution. Continuous Improvement: Apply scientific knowledge to troubleshoot production issues, identify areas for improvement, design and conduct lab studies, and implement new technologies or procedures. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor manufacturing processes, analyze experimental and production data, and author technical reports, protocols, and change controls. Documentation and Compliance: Support the creation and review of technical documents, batch records, process descriptions, and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various functions within Foundry and across PRD/CMC to achieve project goals and ensure product quality. Investigations and CAPA Support: Lead or assist in process-related investigations, assess deviations, design and conduct needed lab studies, and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to maintain product quality and timelines. Technical Expertise: Provide scientific input during audits, provide on-floor support for critical operations, and mentor or supervise junior scientists or technicians in laboratory procedures, data analysis and related PTE activities. Site Technology Agenda \& Innovation: Collaborate with PRD, Process Engineering, and leverage internal/external/academic partnerships to accelerate innovation, including scouting, assessing, developing, and implementing new technologies.
