Your ImpactAs a business analyst intern, you will join a client service team for 8-10 weeks, contributing to workstreams to help solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face. We will expect you to go the extra mile, delivering solutions that solve immediate problems and drive long-term change. Your qualifications and skills • Undergraduate degree in progress. • Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels. • Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning. • Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables. • Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment. • Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times. • Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines).

A Day in the LifeJoin Medtronic as a Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst and drive value-based pricing strategies across the dynamic EurAsia region. In this highly visible role, you'll influence product positioning, financial outcomes, and commercial readiness for our Medical Surgical portfolio. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams, you'll guide strategic decision-making that supports both business growth and patient impact. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders. While primarily office-based, occasional travel may be required for pricing workshops, business planning, or regional coordination aligned with strategic objectives and initiatives. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: • Develop and implement strategic pricing frameworks aligned with business goals and market trends • Shape pricing for new product launches, using value drivers and competitive insights • Provide pricing input into Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including average selling price (ASP) forecasts • Lead floor price governance, validating exception requests based on strong business rationale • Translate market dynamics and pricing intelligence into actionable insights • Monitor price volume metrics (PVM) to track strategic pricing initiatives and value capture • Support pricing capability-building and standardization across countries through governance tools and training Required Knowledge and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or a related strategic role • Proficiency in Excel with experience in modeling and scenario analysis • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytics • Track record of navigating matrix environments and cross-functional teams • Proactive, business-focused mindset with a drive for strategic execution A Master’s degree is preferred. Previous experience in healthcare pricing, strategy, finance, or reimbursement in the EMEA region is an advantage. Familiarity with Vendavo software and an understanding of legal and compliance requirements would be beneficial.
