The Business Analyst will be an individual with experience working as a liaison to assigned business units and technical experts. The Business Analyst will be accountable for guiding the actions of technology experts and working closely with business units to analyze processes/business needs, and to provide recommended solutions. This role will solicit, define, and manage requirements for internally and externally developed projects and implementations in a team-oriented environment. The Business Analyst will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned applications/subject areas. What you’ll do: * Create stories by working closely with the Sr. Business Analyst, Product Manager and/or SME's to understand requirements * Review stories with Sr. Business Analyst or Product Manager prior to story review for any issues and/or updates needed * Present stories during story review to developers, quality assurance and other product teammates * Partner with developers and quality assurance team during sprint to answer questions and clarify requirements, as needed * Perform production deployment check out by executing test cases and communicating to business of successful deployment * Perform analysis on complex features that span across teams and platforms to ensure minimal downstream effects * Liaison between the business customer and the technology providers, both internally and externally * Work with Business Users, Development Team, and Quality Assurance Team on updating application documentation * Responsible for the analysis, and specification of effective, efficient, and innovative business technology requirements * Work with support team to determine tier 1 issues and provide solutions, versus real issues that should be escalated to product and technology teams * Triage bugs in multiple environments * Document product features, process, and data flows * Play a key part of development events including planning, refinement, review, retrospective, sprints, and daily scrums * Execute production sprint deployment \& validate features are working as expected What you’ll need: Experience, Education \& Certifications: * High School Graduate or G.E.D * 2+ years of relevant technical or business work experience * Experience applying technology to solve problems * Experience in gathering and authoring development requirements, including but not limited to user stories * Previous experience collaborating with Business Users, Programmers, and Quality Assurance Testers in a corporate environment Skills: * Knowledge of software development methodologies * Accurately articulate technical specifications in a manner the normal business user can understand * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and forge strong interpersonal relationships within internal departments and with external audiences * Ability to solve problems by utilizing training, knowledge, tools, and analytical skills * Ability to assimilate new and existing technologies * Exemplary communication skills * Ability to be effective in a fast paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision * Excellent planning, documentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities * Ability to translate complex information into a logical, concise presentation * Strong attention to detail Even better if you have... * Bachelor’s degree in technical or business disciplines, preferred * 1+ year(s) of SQL experience, preferred What’s in it for you: * Health and Life Insurance Plans * Dental and Vision Plans * 401(k) with a company match * Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay * Maternity/Paternity Leave * Casual Dress Environment * Tuition Reimbursement * MTM Perks Discount Program * Leadership Mentoring Opportunities Salary Min: $ 54,000 Salary Max: $75,000 This information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Exercise Physiologist develop health and wellness programs by analyzing patient’s medical history to determine the best possible exercise and fitness regimen. The Exercise Physiologist develops programs are designed to correlate decision making between patient and patient’s medical history that affect the future health or livelihood of patients. The Exercise Physiologist will provide acute planning that will helps assess and implement exercise programs for preventing and managing chronic diseases and injuries, such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, cancer, and arthritis, and assist in restoring optimal physical function, and health and wellness. Key Goal: Use knowledge base exercise, development programs to improve the health and overall quality of life of patients from aspects of body composition, flexibility, conditioning, immune/cardiovascular functionality, and physical shortcoming. * Perform patients’ sessions in allotted times assigned by Senior Leadership * Keep accurate records to ensure patients receive appropriate treatments * Strong communication skills to develop good relationships with patients, authorized family of patients, and medical staff * Adhere to structured development plans to seek relieve symptoms through the cellular effect of exercise on the body * Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Work Days/Shift/Start Time: 10-20 Hours Per Week. Work Days - Monday-Sunday Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: * Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service * Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices * Bachelors degree required * Exercise Science or Health related field * BLS and First Aid required * Pervious experience preferred but no required Physical Requirements: * Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. * If required, must be able to assist patient with light lifting and sitting Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50.00 per hour Work Location: In person
