Job Description Everything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA's windows and doors. An Install Lead I provides a customizable experience with specialty skills. Responsibilities * Strong ability to multitask and collaborate with others * Demonstrate strong project management skills * Advanced knowledge of service parts and procedures * Advanced bending and application of all standard aluminum applications (Flat wraps, BM, etc.) * Advanced finish carpentry (Step trim and Wide Trim) * Ability to install these product types offered by RbA (L-Flange, BM, Insert, New Construction (DB, GL, CS, PW, Patio Door) * Advanced assessment and problem-solving ability * Advanced finish carpentry (step trim and wide trim) * Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work. Address hazards as needed * Collaborates with other installers throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques * Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations * Adheres to proper safety techniques and procedures * Adheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements * Provides consistent, flawless first-time window and door installation. * Maintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy * Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality * Provides direction, training, coaching and mentoring of Install with the goal of advancing their skill sets * Other duties as assigned * General warehouse support * Provide support for minor service calls as needed * Adheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent experience * Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check * Basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of terminology of the construction industry * State Contractors license preferred * Broad knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices Skills And Competencies * Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach; Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions * Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality * Organizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels * Basic math skills * Initiative; ability to work independently. It offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the Bonneville County Human Resources team, and is well-suited for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a Human Resources environment while supporting essential administrative operations. General Purpose Perform a variety of technical, clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties as needed to support the operations of the Human Resources (HR) office and ensure compliance of employment law governed by Federal and State laws and County policies/procedures. The HR Assistant provides crucial administrative support, ensures smooth operations, supports HR initiatives, and maintains positive employee relations through efficient record-keeping, scheduling and communication. Supervision Received Work under the close to general supervision of the Human Resource Director. May receive immediate direction/supervision for day-to-day tasks and technical and complex projects from Human Resources Generalists. Supervision Exercised None. Essential Functions Serve as the first point of contact for the Human Resources Department; receive, screen, route, and process calls, public inquiries and department emails; direct callers and visitors to proper areas; receive, sort and distribute departmental mail; schedule access and use of Human Resources meeting rooms and assist with coordination of trainings, meetings, and events hosted by Human Resources. Perform routine research as needed to resolve inquiries; provide information regarding personnel practices, policies and procedures; prepare correspondence, reports, announcements, memos, and related communications; oversee office supply inventory; create or revise various forms. Assist with receiving and processing reports for worker's compensation claims, medical leave, and unemployment requests. Assist HR Director with policy updates and ensure compliance with labor laws. Assist with preparing and completing various surveys and reports as required by state and federal agencies in monitoring employment practices and procedures; assist with employment verification requests and support various HR projects. May provide administrative support to Chief Operations Officer. Maintain regular, reliable patterns in work product and attendance according to Bonneville County's expectations. Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required. Minimum Qualifications 1. Education and Experience: A. Graduation from high school or equivalent, and one(1) year of specialized training in secretarial sciences, general business or related field; AND B. An equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Some knowledge of basic procedures related to the employment life cycle; federal and state laws as they apply to human resource management theory, methods, and practices; benefit, retirement, and compensation laws and guidelines.
