This role focuses primarily on new customer implementations and PMS migrations, ensuring solutions are well defined, correctly delivered, and ready for use at go-live. How this role contributes to our business As a Business Analyst at Katchr, you will be a key owner of customer implementation activity. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to translate agreed needs into clear requirements, guide delivery through to completion, and ensure the final solution meets expectations. You will sit within our Customer Onboarding function, acting as the primary client contact during implementations and migrations. This role is central to improving consistency, quality, and predictability of delivery across the Katchr customer base. What the day to day looks like Requirements \& Business Rules: Own the definition of customer requirements and business rules for each implementation. Translate customer needs into clear, structured documentation that can be delivered by technical teams. Define and agree reporting logic, calculations, configuration, and data behaviour. Ensure requirements are: Explicitly agreed with the customer Technically feasible within Katchr Clearly understood by the developers Maintain alignment as requirements evolve during delivery. This part of the role requires a strong understanding of law firm workflows, legal finance, and how operational data is structured and reported. Implementation \& Delivery Ownership: Act as the client-facing lead throughout the implementation phase. Own delivery plans, priorities, and timelines for assigned customers. Run regular implementation calls and provide clear progress updates. Coordinate internal delivery activity across BI, engineering, and technical teams. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges. Serve as the escalation point for customers during implementation. You are accountable for delivery outcomes, even though build activity is completed by specialist teams. Scope Control \& Change Management: Maintain a clear boundary between agreed scope and new requests. Identify when additional requirements should be handled as Change Requests. Lead clear, pragmatic conversations with customers about impact on timelines and effort. Protect delivery focus while maintaining strong, trusted customer relationships. Data Migration, Validation \& Release Readiness: Support and coordinate PMS migrations and data-led implementations. Work with customers, PMS vendors, and Katchr engineers on: Data mapping and reconciliation Validation and acceptance criteria Testing and issue resolution Ensure solutions are accurate, fit for purpose, and ready for release. Support post-go-live validation where required. What we’re looking for Experience \& Capability: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS, data, or systems-led environment. Hands-on involvement in system implementations and/or data migrations. Comfortable owning long-running, client-facing delivery projects. Able to work confidently with technical teams without needing to code. Domain \& Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of law firm operations, including Practice Management Systems. Comfortable working with system configuration, data structures, and reporting logic. Able to discuss workflows, constraints, and trade-offs with both customers and engineers. Delivery Mindset: Structured, organised, and detail-oriented. Confident running customer calls and managing expectations. Calm and credible under pressure. Clear, concise communicator in both writing and conversation. The Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Acute Frailty and Urgent Community Response (UCR) will be a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and educated member of the team who is able to work autonomously making high level decisions to treat health needs. Advanced level practice encompasses all four pillars including of clinical, education, research and management, but role is firmly grounded in direct care provision and clinical work with patients’ families and populations. The post holder will be an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient, from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for frail elderly population on Same day emergency care and within UCR. The post holder will also rotate into the CHFT Urgent Community Response team in order to meet service needs and to provide care closer to home, as part of this transformational role. Assess individuals, families and carers holistically, using a range of different methods, such as physical assessment, history taking, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests or advanced health needs assessments Communicate effectively with patients, family and carers, and the multidisciplinary team. Use expert knowledge and clinical judgement to decide whether to refer patients for investigations and make diagnoses. Decide and carry out treatment, which may include the prescribing of medicines, or referring patients to an appropriate specialist. Ensure the provision of continuity of care. Assess and evaluate, with patients and /or carers, the effectiveness of the treatment and care provided and make changes as needed. Work autonomously within a wider health care team and as a lone practitioner. Work across professional, organisational and system boundaries and proactively develop and sustain new partnerships and networks to influence and improve health, outcomes and healthcare delivery systems. We provide community health services, including sexual health services in Calderdale from Calderdale Royal and local health centres. These include Todmorden Health Centre and Broad Street Plaza. Post specific Criteria: Lead the management of patients from arrival to discharge demonstrating through audit and data collection improvements in patient pathways and experience. Be responsible for the assessment and management of patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed illnesses and injuries. Assess and manage patients across the age spectrum and within scope of practice. Provide expert clinical care, including appropriate investigations and initiation of necessary interventions. Have direct responsibility for patient case load, ensuring all patients have an accurate plan of care, which reflects the assessment undertaken and incorporate the issues and recommendations made. Work clinically to optimise health and well being, through comprehensive history taking and physical assessment of patients. Drawing on a diverse range of knowledge and skill, determine appropriate therapeutic interventions, Plan, prioritise and manage complete episodes of care, for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions. Work in partnership with others, delegating and referring as appropriate to optimise health outcomes and resource use,. Use professional judgement in managing complex and unpredictable clinical care. Draw upon an appropriate range of multi-agency and inter-professional resources in their practice. Appropriately define boundaries of practice and access support or advice where appropriate. Communicate effectively to develop and sustain partnership working with individuals, groups, communities and agencies. Actively plan for patient discharge, working across organisational and professional boundaries to establish robust therapeutic plans Maintain adequate patient documentation requirements for the whole patient episode To be responsible and accountable for own decisions, actions and omissions at this level of practice. Anticipating likely potential physical and psychological problems caused either by the condition or by treatment for individuals living with frailty. To be responsible for the delivery of a detailed, accurate and potentially complex clinical handover and to produce detailed and accurate written information within the medical notes regarding all clinical assessments, investigations completed and requested, and treatments administered. Education / Training: Act as a source of clinical and theoretical knowledge for all grades and disciplines of staff as well as patients and their significant others, providing support and clinical advice in specialist areas, based on evidenced based research Promote a learning environment within the clinical area of responsibility in which individuals take ownership for their professional development. The Endoscopy Service at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust has a full time vacancy for a Healthcare Assistant (HCA). The Trust has two purpose built state of the art, JAG Accredited Endoscopy Units, one based at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and one at the Calderdale Royal Hospital. The units deliver the Bowel Screening service alongside the diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy service to out-patients and in-patients. Both units are training units, training both medical staff and clinical endoscopists. The Endoscopy Service has a clinical educator to ensure that all nursing staff receive support and training in all aspects of endoscopy from patient pre-assessment, assessment on day, consent, recovery, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This is supported by a training package specifically designed for Endoscopy staff. To assist qualified nursing staff with direct/ indirect patient care within clearly defined limits and attainment of defined competence. To work without constant direct supervision using initiative within the level of competence for the post. Decontaminate and prepare endoscopic equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Trust Policy. Maintain traceability processes within the department. Work under the direct / indirect supervision of senior nurses and with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide the physical and emotional care for both inpatients and outpatients undergoing a variety of endoscopic procedures on the Endoscopy Department and any other department where endoscopic procedures are undertaken. Ability to work in all areas of the Endoscopy Departments within the Trust – clean and dirty decontamination, theatre, recovery and admissions cross site. Ability to work flexibly to cover all shift patterns on the unit including evenings and weekends. To be aware of their own limitations in dealing with potentially difficult and/or sensitive situations. Cannulate patients following appropriate training and assessment. Decontaminate and prepare endoscopic equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Trust Policy. Maintain traceability processes within the department.
