We’re hunting for a Business Analyst who can turn business talk into developer gold, someone who connects the dots between people, process, and products What You’ll Do • Translate ideas into clear, actionable business and system requirements. • Collaborate with Business and Development Project Managers to deliver top-tier solutions. • Map processes, document use cases, and define user stories that guide our devs and testers. • Bridge business goals with technical reality; from concept through to UAT and beyond. • Spot inefficiencies, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement. What You Bring • 2–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (bonus points for insurance or financial services). • A knack for translating complexity into clarity; both in writing and conversation. • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. • Comfort working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. • Analytical, detail-driven, and collaborative with just enough curiosity to break things (and fix them better). Your Background • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT/IS, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and data analysis. • Knowledge of insurance systems or operations? Technician Assistant

Reference: PTA000569-LR-1 Performs diagnostic technical, repair and maintenance duties. Duties & Responsibilities High level communication in Afrikaans and English Perform cost-efficient technical repairs and testing on all products, including both mechanical and electronic repairs. Conduct testing of electronic parts on provided test jigs. Provide customer support both over the counter and telephonically for mechanical and electronic queries. Ensure timely service to clients, including packing and repairing goods. Manage relationships with the client base, prioritising client needs. Conduct training Provide informal internal training on products. Handle client queries accurately and professionally. Ensure that repairs are done immediately, if possible, but should take no longer than 24hours. Maintains acceptable organisation and cleanliness in work area. Assist with ad-hoc duties such as training, sales product launches. Occasionally assist with despatching stock to clients and Head Office. Counting of Exchange stock and monitoring on SAP. Assisting with stock take and cycle counts. Assist the manager to resolve warranty repairs
