Job Description The Sr. Business Analyst is a hybrid leadership and hands-on execution role responsible for leading the Business Analyst function while personally performing advanced business analysis work. This includes requirements discovery, documentation, backlog grooming, stakeholder engagement, and alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Architecture, and Release teams. This role will guide consulting resources, establish best practices, and ensure the delivery pipeline is never slowed due to unclear or incomplete requirements. Stakeholder Engagement * Directly schedule and lead requirement meetings, refinement sessions, and alignment discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * Build strong, collaborative relationships with business partners across Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, CX, and other departments. * Serve as the central point of clarity across the SDLC from kickoff to release.
