The Medical Office Assistant (MOA) performs office administration duties to include clerical and operational support to the physicians and practice. This role may also perform limited clinical duties. The duties will be assigned as needed to assist with the clinic daily operations. Will perform duties while interacting with patients in person and over the phone, faxing, filing, verifying insurance, collecting copay's, and conducting referrals. \\On the job training is provided for this position\\ REQUIRED: Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills towards patients of different age categories. Models sensitivity to patients, including effective telephone and verbal communication in emergency situations. Demonstrates effective good oral/writing skills. Must possess keyboard/computer skills. FAC-P/PM Instructor The Senior Program/Project Management Instructor will support a contract that provides instruction and training delivery support to a federal agency and that will deliver courses based on Industry and Federal Government Program and Project Management. Course content will be provided by the Federal Agency. Nature of Work This role involves delivering courses developed by the Federal Agency and performed under the general supervision of a coordinator. The Instructor shall: Remain current with applicable government, agency, industry, and curriculum content materials, guidelines, policies, and adult learning theories. Effectively deliver face-to-face and virtual course instruction based on the current course certification outline, content, course materials, and timeline. Be able to demonstrate how Program Management concepts can be applied to multiple domains and industries, such as Healthcare, Construction and Information technology. Be able to facilitate student group activities, that will comprise 30 – 50% of course delivery. Communicate before and after classes to identify any specific client needs and suggest content modifications where required. Handle all attendee-related administrative matters proactively and satisfactorily before, during, and immediately after course completion. Maintain proficiency in using word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, email, and web-based cloud storage and collaboration tools. Employ appropriate verbal and written communication styles to suit various audiences and interactions for diverse purposes and contexts. Be receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and foster continuous personal development Minimum Qualification Requirements A four (4)-year college degree or higher, or equivalent work experience. At least three (3) years of instructor led training experience. At least two (2) years providing virtual instructor led training (VILT). At least five (5) years of Program Management experience. At least three (3) years’ experience on federal programs and projects within the last 10 years, either as a Federal civilian or a member of industry. Previous work on a government contract is preferred but not required. In the Coordinator position, this will be done by facilitating vocational services for youth and adults with disabilities, and by providing meaningful opportunities for individuals to gain employment experience. As a Youth and Employment Coordinator, you will support our mission through four key activities: Forming Relationships: Recruit interested individuals and their family members, engage them in a trusted relationship and connect them with potential employers and other community stakeholders by building strong partnerships in the business and nonprofit community. Case Management: Work with individuals to develop personal life goals to include an emphasis on employment. Use discovery tools and other best practices, to include employment assessments, to assist individuals in identifying meaningful activities to support the discovery of their individual talents and build upon areas of necessary growth for competitive integrated paid employment opportunities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree within human services or related industry is required. Experience: Previous experience working with federal, and state regulated and funded programs, such as of the Division of Rehabilitation Services and/or the Veterans Administration, is preferred. Technology Skills: Must have systems access skills, basic computer skills and competency in Microsoft Word at a minimum. Communication Skills: Basic written and verbal English skills are required. Excellent in-person communication, demonstrated with a history of training, case management, and/or employment development for persons with disabilities or other barriers to employment required. Must demonstrate ability to administer 1:1 and small group curriculum. Requirements: Ability and willingness to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be willing to assist persons with ambulatory limitations to transfer in/out of vehicles and to use the restroom. This position may require up to 80% walking or standing daily.
