POSITION PROILE: We are looking to add a Senior Loan Officers to our Cherry Hill NJ location. As a Loan Officer at Pinnacle Mortgage Corp, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their homeownership and financial goals. Our team is committed to delivering the highest quality financial services while maintaining the utmost privacy and security of our clients' information. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique financing needs and provide tailored solutions. Whether clients are purchasing their dream home, refinancing an existing loan, or consolidating debt, you will leverage your expertise to find the right loan program at the lowest rates available in their area. RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and guide them through the mortgage application process with attention to detail. Assess client financial profiles, including income, credit history, and debt obligations, to determine eligibility and recommend suitable loan options. Educate clients on various loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they make informed decisions aligned with their long-term financial interests. Collaborate with internal teams, to expedite loan processing and ensure timely closings. Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times, adhering to strict privacy policies and regulatory requirements. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and providing ongoing support throughout the loan lifecycle. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to clients. Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and community endeavors to enhance visibility and generate new business prospects. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Loan Originator or Mortgage Loan Officer, with a track record of successfully closing loans. Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Summary: Medical Assistant (Practice) Prepares patient and assists clinical provider with patient examination by obtaining and documenting vital signs, past medical history, social history and chief complaint. Performs various clinical tasks within the scope of their certification and under the supervision of the physician. Medical Assistant (Clinical Support Services) A member of the clinical support service team who utilizes a team-based approach focused on improving patient care coordination and better patient outcomes. The Clinical Support Services Medical Assistant works in close collaboration with Providers and other health care personnel assuring smooth efficient patient flow and clinical operations by performing chart preparation prior to the patient’s visit, obtaining necessary information (lab/test results, etc.) and ensuring appropriate documentation in the patient’s record, identifying and closing care gaps, and communicating with the practice(s) anything that will need to be addressed at the next visit. Position Responsibilities: Prepares patient for exam by obtaining and documenting vital signs, and chief complaint, and preparing patient for provider exam. Prepares exam room as required based on chief complaint. Performs phlebotomy and obtains specimens for processing. Administers vaccines and completes required documentation. Performs diagnostic tests such as EKG, Pulmonary Function, etc. as directed and under the supervision of the physician. Screens and directs patient calls according to established protocol. Contacts patients regarding prescriptions and testing results as directed by and under the supervision of the physician. Performs daily regulatory testing as required and documents accordingly, to ensure that clinical equipment is accurate and compliant. Maintains par level of clinical supplies for facility. Performs front desk duties as directed which may include registering patients, billing, and appointment scheduling. Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: 1-3 years of similar job experience in a medical office preferred. Required Education: HS diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Training/Certifications/Licensure: Current certification/registration as a Medical Assistant. BLS Certification required.
