We are seeking skilled and dedicated BCBAs to join our team and help support individuals and families through effective, compassionate behavioral services. Position Summary We are hiring a part-time BCBA to provide high-quality behavioral assessment and treatment services. This role offers true flexibility and there is no non-compete, allowing you to work with multiple ABA providers and broaden your professional experience. Essential Duties Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise, coach, and support RBTs and other team members. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications Active BCBA certification. Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits Flexible schedule with availability needed between 4 PM – 8 PM, plus some weekends.
