Job Summary The Product Manager is responsible for the economic success of their product(s) over the entire product life cycle. The Product Manager plays a central role in the company and is responsible for: * Providing products and solutions in line with the market requirements * Maintaining responsibility over budget, price, and cost of the products * Combining market and product knowledge to ensure the most appropriate product placement Roles and Responsibilities The Product Manager is a self-starter who has excellent leadership skills, product knowledge, and engages with inter-company teams to drive successful initiatives. This role requires the following: * Master’s Degree in the field of Material Sciences, Chemistry, Physics or related field * Familiarity with the use of analytical instrumentation in research or industrial laboratory settings * Analytical and structured work experience with a high level of initiative * Exposure to business management concepts * Strong presentation and communication skills * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred skills include: * Ph.D. in Science, Engineering or a related field * Masters in Business Administration * 3 years of experience in technical product management or international sales of analytical instrumentation * Multi-lingual Supervision Exercised This role is an individual contributor who participates in multiple projects and cross functional teams and does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Physical Requirements \& Working Conditions While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, observe, communicate and handle items such as computers, machinery and other equipment. The role also assists with day-to-day office and staff management.* Manages schedules for all patients. Edits schedule for agents calling in sick, ensuring patients are reassigned timely. Updates agent unavailability in worker console. * Initiates infection control forms as needed, sends the HRD the completed “Employee Infection Report” to upload in the worker console. * Serves as back up during the lunch hour and other busy times including receiving calls from the field staff and assisting with weekly case conferences. Refers clinical questions to Branch Director as necessary. * Maintains the client hospitalization log, including entering coordination notes, and sending electronic log to all office, field, and sales staff. * Completes requested schedule as task appears on the action screen. Ensures staff are scheduled for skilled nurse/injection visits unless an aide supervisory visit is scheduled in conjunction with the injection visit. * Completes requested schedules for all add-ons and applicable orders: + Schedules discharge visit / OASIS Collection or recert visit following case conference when task appears on action screen. + Schedules TIF OASIS collection visits and deletes remaining schedule. + Reschedules declined or missed (if appropriate) visits. + Processes reassigned and rescheduled visits. + Ensures supervisory visits are scheduled. * Runs all scheduling reports including Agent Summary Report and Missed Visits Done on Paper Report. * Prepares weekly Agent Schedules.
