For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $100,700 - $181,300/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Enterprise Solutions Architect II

Summary of Position (Job Purpose) - Major purpose and functions of the position. The Enterprise Architect II leads a team of Sr and Jr Solution Architects in Merchandising, Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Capital and Omni Channel for Dollar Tree. This individual partners with each department’s leadership team to analyze and solve immediate quick wins, and contributes ideas and strategies for their multi-year technology roadmap. The Enterprise Architect II also mentors Business Analysts who want to pursue the Architect career track. This individual will be responsible for the Enterprise Solution Architecture of all company’s strategic initiatives. This role must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management both within and outside of the IT department.
