We are developing speech models, voice infrastructure and enterprise workflow systems that help businesses automate communication, execute tasks, and operate more efficiently through conversational AI. Our platform combines Voice AI Agents, conversational workflows, AI workspace tools, VoIP infrastructure, and multimodal AI systems into a unified execution layer for modern businesses. We are currently preparing for our next stage of growth and fundraising, and are looking for a highly driven Head of Investor Relations to work directly with the CEO on investor outreach, relationship management, and capital formation initiatives. Job Summary This is a high-impact, founder-adjacent role focused on helping drive the company’s fundraising efforts. You will work directly with the CEO to identify, engage, qualify, and manage relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, strategic investors, and accredited investors interested in high-growth AI infrastructure and software companies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys high-volume communication and relationship-building, and wants direct exposure to venture fundraising, startup strategy, and emerging AI technologies. This is a fully remote position that involves substantial outbound communication through calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, and investor follow-up. You will play a critical role in helping shape investor conversations and expanding the company’s fundraising pipeline. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound outreach to prospective investors, venture firms, family offices, and strategic partners * Build and maintain relationships with investors throughout the fundraising lifecycle * Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline management directly with the CEO * Present company materials including pitch decks, traction updates, and market positioning * Maintain accurate CRM records and investor communication history * Assist with fundraising strategy, investor research, and identifying aligned capital partners * Help prepare investor updates, fundraising materials, and diligence documentation * Manage consistent communication cadence with active and prospective investors * Quickly identify investor sentiment, priorities, and opportunities for engagement * Represent the company professionally across calls, meetings, conferences, and digital communication channels * Collaborate closely with leadership on fundraising execution and strategic partnerships Qualifications * Professional experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, capital raising, investor relations, startup fundraising, or financial sales environments * Strong understanding of startup financing structures including SAFEs, convertible notes, preferred equity, and venture funding rounds * Ability to confidently discuss company metrics, valuation frameworks, dilution, cap tables, and growth projections with investors * Experience working with accredited investors, family offices, angel investors, or institutional capital partners * Familiarity with fundraising processes, investor pipelines, due diligence workflows, and venture deal cycles * Ability to interpret and communicate financial statements, projections, KPIs, and investor materials clearly and professionally * Experience using CRM systems and pipeline management tools to organize investor outreach and fundraising activity * Strong understanding of SaaS and AI business models, recurring revenue metrics, and startup growth strategies is preferred * Existing network within venture capital, startup ecosystems, finance, or technology industries is a major plus * FINRA licensing (Series 7, 63, or 66) is preferred but not required Compensation \& Growth * Competitive base compensation plus performance-based incentives * Opportunity for significant upside tied to fundraising success and company growth * Direct exposure to startup fundraising, venture capital, and executive leadership * High-growth opportunity with substantial room for advancement within the company * Work alongside leadership during a pivotal growth stage in the AI industry Pay: $200.00 - $450.00 per day Work Location: Remote
