Position Summary: A privately held, growth-oriented conglomerate is seeking a seasoned Head of Data Science to lead its growth strategy and operational efforts through data analytics. The Head of Data Science is responsible for overseeing all of the companies in the conglomerate’s growth efforts to ensure best in class market positioning to drive operational outcomes by leveraging data to drive automation and strategy. The Head of Data Science works closely with operations, finance, and external vendors to ensure strong positioning in all processes. This role manages and coordinates the marketing pertaining to company’s subsidiaries in the region including but not limited to online lead generation, and multi-channel business development. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and a proactive mindset. This role is for someone who can leverage data to build something truly novel, not just build dashboards but drive real operational insight and shape the future of the organization.
