The Hard Services Manager is accountable for the overall performance, safety, reliability, and financial stewardship of hard services operations at the assigned site. This role provides leadership and direction for maintenance teams, subcontractors, and technical operations within a fast-paced industrial environment, ensuring full compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and Amentum operational standards. The Hard Services Manager owns planning, prioritization, execution, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities while serving as the primary hard services interface with the client.
