WP Wellness is a digital operations and marketing partner dedicated exclusively to the health and wellness field. We are looking for a driven, self-starting Graphic Designer. Working with a team of creative professionals, you will be responsible for producing engaging, clear designs for different advertising channels such as websites, social media and printed marketing materials. Along with having a high attention to detail and understanding of multiple types of design the ideal candidate will be comfortable thinking about the big picture and functionality of your end creations. Engaging with clients at various stages of brand development, the ideal candidate will center brand identity and bring questions necessary for project development into internal meetings. Please apply at this link: https://forms.gle/u1adjJL5BZqAEVzSA Daily Responsibilities: Study design briefs and determine requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using adobe software Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Company Description: This position is for WP Wellness, a subsidiary of MF Productions LLC. Qualifications \& Responsibilities: Continually raise the bar on creativity, creating fresh designs that connect with the desired audience and drives engagement Comfortably vary design styles, and other characteristics demanded by company, or target audience at hand Execute graphic design with a high attention to detail Strong ability to communicate feedback to other designers or Project Mangers in a way that is explicit, professional, and contributes to collective growth. Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand identity for consistency in brand portrayal. Understand the concept behind creative work and how it achieves client and business goals Produce design materials in a variety of formats, including print collateral, website wireframes, illustration, logo design, etc. Create original designs Collaborate with a team from concept development to delivery of final product Present design concepts and final deliverables Revise graphics based on feedback/direction Juggle multiple assignments Help communicate creative ideas in presentations 3 years minimum experience in an environment working with marketing, advertising or PR campaigns, print and website design preferred Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively Familiarity With (Required) Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, etc) Email platforms: Mailchimp, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, etc. ( You will be required to build and/or upload designs directly in these platofrms) Microsoft Suites, Google Suites, Calendly, Zoom, etc. Role \& Compensation Type: Contract Hours: Weeks 1–2: 10 hours/week (Training Weeks) Weeks 3–4: 15 hours/week (Training Weeks) Week 5+: 25 hours/week (“Part-Time” status) Compensation: Training Period (4 weeks): $25/hour Post-Training: $30/hour, with quarterly raise opportunities Benefits: 7 Weeks PTO Monthly salary pay structure Flexible Schedule Apply here:https://forms.gle/u1adjJL5BZqAEVzSA Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Graphic design: 4 years (Preferred) Adobe Creative Suite: 4 years (Preferred) * Adobe Illustrator: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
