(+ super + generous salary packaging) | Grampians Health – East Campus (Ballarat) About the Role Join Grampians Health as a Grade 1 or 2 Exercise Physiologist and lead evidence-based programs that enhance mobility, independence, and wellbeing for older adults across our Care Communities (residential aged care). This newly established role offers the opportunity to combine clinical expertise, leadership, and service innovation in a supportive multidisciplinary environment including current Grade 2 Exercise Physiologists working in our Care Communities. In this role you will * Deliver comprehensive assessments and tailored exercise interventions for older adults * Support falls prevention, pain management, and restorative care initiatives * Mentor and supervise junior exercise physiologists and students * Drive service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance projects * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve person-centred outcomes Skills \& Experience * Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent) * Full membership with ESSA * Broad clinical experience, ideally in aged care or older adult rehabilitation * NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) * Developed knowledge of aged care standards, falls prevention and rehabilitation * Experience leading service development and quality improvement projects The Grade 1 Position Description is available upon request.
