FalconX is hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Custody and Staking engineering team, a core part of our Prime Brokerage platform. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable blockchain infrastructure supporting multiple chains and protocols. You will work side-by-side with engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship, while helping the team deliver high-quality systems that directly impact the business. The base pay for this role is expected to be between $213,000 and $288,000 in the New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated.
