Reporting to the Chief Product \& Innovation Officer, we are seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial product-focused, data and analytics fluent executive to join as Global Head of Data \& Analytics In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Responsible for the end-to-end strategy, product, innovation, client delivery, execution, and P\&L for Data \& Analytics as a business * Define, develop, lead, and execute the strategic vision for the suite of Data \& Analytics Products \& Solutions; own the overall Product roadmap, OKRs, and manage / develop teams around delivery goals. * Partner across BNY platforms and executive committee leaders to drive the BNY data strategy * Lead innovative efforts to build and create new data and product capabilities while maintaining the current platforms; develop a technology roadmap capable of customization and scale. * Reimaging data product capabilities, prioritize innovation and emerging technologies, * Bring a deep understanding of digital trends and products across analytics, AI, machine learning, automation, information management and business intelligence. * Serve in a consultative role to clients/prospects, advising top (C-suite) leadership on achieving their short- and long-term strategic objectives through a solutions-oriented approach delivering the firm's full capabilities. * Act as the highest point of escalation for the client and the face of the relationship with the firm, holding partners accountable for delivering their part of the client experience and ensuring client satisfaction. * Oversee the entire sales lifecycle including account planning, deal structuring, risk management, and maintaining accurate client and deal information in eCRM/reporting platforms * Provide hands-on leadership, maintain visibility and accessibility to critical stakeholders, and foster a culture of operational excellence. * Lead, coach and mentor a scaled, high-performing, multi-functional team; encourage an Agile state which embraces the open exchange of ideas and information. * Drive strong collaboration and stakeholder management within the platform operating model, partnering with enterprise platforms and practices aligned to the Transfer Agency To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Proven track record of delivering client outcomes through the introduction of new innovative technology in an externally driven, client facing business. * Ability to partner cross-functionally to articulate a vision for how Data and Analytics can transform the Global Financial Markets industry. * Proven track record of launching and managing multiple successful enterprise DaaS/SaaS/Cloud product lines or software products. * Expertise and passion for data and technology, with experience interacting with a large product-oriented engineering function. * A strong track record of delivering highly competitive, disruptive, and scalable B2B products while meeting or exceeding revenue, margin, and delivery commitments. * A thoughtful, passionate communicator who can express complex ideas in simple, practical terms for a variety of audiences from technology to business, practitioner to management. * Ability to create loyalty, trust, and following who can also energize teams, while providing a strong voice for engineering principles and standards. * Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $400,000 per year at the commencement of employment. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The Team The Dividend Management Team is comprised of actuaries and financial professionals responsible for shaping MassMutual’s dividend strategy and overseeing the annual dividend schedule development and recommendation. This role owns the analytics vision at Usercentrics and is accountable for ensuring that data insights translate into tangible business impact, including clear ownership of analytics roadmap delivery and prioritization decisions. As the company grows, the data function must evolve from reporting and reactive analytics into a strategic partner that directly supports decision making and execution. The Director of Analytics will lead this shift by managing a centralized analytics engineering function and a team of analysts aligned to business units through a dotted line reporting model, while ensuring consistency, alignment, and measurable impact across the organization. YOUR TASKS Define and own the analytics vision, positioning Analytics as a strategic partner that connects data, insights, and business action across the company. Build, scale, and structure the analytics organization, including a centralized analytics engineering function, data analysts, and data scientists aligned to business units through a dotted line model. Establish clear ownership boundaries and collaboration models between Data Science, Analytics, Analytics Engineering, and Platform teams. Define and standardize KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and reporting principles to ensure consistency, trust, and comparability across functions. Drive the adoption of self service analytics by improving data models, tooling, accessibility, and data literacy, reducing reliance on the Analytics team for basic insights. Ensure analytics outputs translate into concrete business actions by embedding insights into decision processes and supporting follow through and accountability. Act as the primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering, managing expectations and aligning priorities. Own the analytics engineering strategy, including data modeling principles, quality standards, governance practices, and scalable engineering workflows. Develop and oversee Marketing Analytics capabilities, covering measurement frameworks, attribution, and predictive use cases to support growth initiatives. Strengthen Product Analytics capabilities at scale, with a focus on reliable event tracking, data quality, consistent definitions, and self service usage by Product teams. Lead executive level communication and presentations, clearly articulating decisions, priorities, trade offs, and progress to senior leadership. YOU BRING Significant experience leading Analytics, BI, or Data functions in a SaaS or technology driven environment, with demonstrated ownership of strategy, execution, and team development. Strong hands on understanding of modern analytics stacks, including cloud data warehouses, analytics engineering workflows, semantic layers, and self service BI platforms. Proven ability to design and govern KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and reporting standards that are trusted by leadership and used to drive decisions. Experience building and scaling multi disciplinary analytics teams, including analytics engineers, data scientists, and analysts operating in an embedding model with strong business alignment. Solid background in Product and Marketing Analytics, ideally within a B2B or B2B2C SaaS context, with a clear understanding of growth drivers, customer lifecycle, and monetization levers. Experience leading Data Science initiatives, including experimentation, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling, with a focus on driving measurable business impact. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial functions. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex data topics into clear narratives, decisions, and actions for executive audiences.
