Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer III to support and enhance our Salesforce delivery ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform administration and DevOps processes, including release management, deployment automation, code and configuration management, and environment management. This role requires a proactive professional who can work closely with development, QA, product, and business teams to streamline Salesforce deployments, improve release quality, and drive DevOps best practices across Agile delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Salesforce DevOps processes across multiple environments. Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce releases and deployments. Maintain and optimize source control, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines. Manage Salesforce sandboxes, refreshes, environment strategy, and configuration migrations. Collaborate with developers, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful releases. Implement and maintain DevOps tools and automation solutions. Monitor deployment activities and troubleshoot release-related issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Salesforce development and release processes. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release planning. Provide technical leadership and influence decisions regarding Salesforce DevOps best practices and governance. Document deployment procedures, release standards, and operational processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience. 3+ years of Salesforce DevOps, Release Management, or Deployment Management experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce environment and sandbox management. Strong understanding of: Release Management Deployment Management Code Management Configuration Management Environment Management Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence technical decisions and lead cross-functional initiatives.
