KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES * Oversee the data and analytics platform and strategy, ensuring business leaders have the insights they need to drive membership growth * Work with Cascade PBS business and technology leaders to define KPIs, and gear our products and programs accordingly * Directs analytics and data specialists to oversee KPI reporting, data engineering, pipeline creation, manage cloud computing environments and SAAS platforms. * Supports testing, channel optimization, paid media funnel analysis which includes marketing attribution tracking as well as performance forecasting, audience behavioral analysis, social media sentiment analysis, as well as advanced analytics on both audience behavior and financial results * Draw data from a variety of sources, and package it in an actionable way (data lake, visualization layer) for business leaders * Maintain, optimized, and iterate on a scalable analytics infrastructure including, dashboards and self-service tools to support: * Informing content, sales, marketing, fundraising, and overall organizational strategy * Identifying new opportunities, partnerships and technologies to grow audience and revenue * Enabling Cascade PBS to deliver personalized and high-quality experiences to the populations we serve * Empowering stakeholders at all levels of the organization to make informed data-driven decisions * Work with vendors, business and technical staff to oversee major data projects, including organization-wide analytics infrastructure (data lake, next-generation dashboards, self-serve visualization tools) * Lead data and information management strategy * Implement a comprehensive data strategy for acquisition, management, and integration of internally and externally sourced data assets * Partner with the IT Team, consultants and other third-party vendors to provide oversight and discipline over all data-related technology decisions. * Promote the use of data and analytics in the project planning process –including project justification, design, and evaluation by providing a basic data and analytics framework * Offer resources and services to Cascade PBS stakeholders * Data and Analytics Lead or the organization with primary responsibility for crafting, maintaining and iterating on an integrated analytics platform. * Ensure data accuracy * Cultivate deep interdepartmental relationships to improve the ways of working and develop systems that help foster ownership and tracking of KPIs and business objectives * Maintain members’ digital privacy, ensuring Cascade PBS collects only the information necessary to serve members, and protects that data to maintain trust with our members and the community we serve. * Collaborate with other team members to foster a positive and productive culture and contribute toward the overall growth of the Cascade PBS * Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES * Experience with media research, including methodologies, market players, and usage * Fluency in applying data science to real-world business problems * Problem solver with excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into information. Proven success in providing data-driven strategic recommendations to drive concrete action * Ability to operate independently and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to understand how and why business users make decisions, and how data can enable them * Strong leadership skills with prior experience, building and leading a data analytics and driving cultural change * Knowledge of business intelligence solutions * Strong knowledge of relational database modeling required, including logical and functional modeling * Experience with data modeling concepts, such as logistic regression, is preferred EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, analytics or a related field or equivalent experience * At least 7 years of experience with a mix of business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data management * At least 5 years of experience developing reporting and dashboards in business intelligence tools or people analytics platforms * Television ratings experience a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to regularly type on a keyboard * Ability to view data on a computer screen for long periods of time * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods The hiring process for this role will include a phone screen and a virtual or in-person panel interview. Key Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Customer Data Domain Leadership \& Governance * Own the customer data domain end to end across enterprise systems, including hierarchies, entity structures, legal and tax attributes, segmentation, and relationship mapping * Set enterprise standards, definitions, and policies; lead governance forums and serve as the decision authority for prioritization across systems, businesses and product brands * Partner with Master Data Management and businesses on golden customer record adoption, quality rules, survivorship logic (which source wins when data conflicts), and system integrations * Manage the customer data backlog spanning quality fixes, onboarding and validation, and integration work * Define and monitor data quality KPIs, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement * Ensure GDPR and other applicable privacy compliance, including classifications and access controls, in partnership with Privacy and Legal * Lead change management for customer data and measurement processes * Coordinate across business segments \& functions with Data Stewards and Data Governance on definitions, lineage, and golden record adoption * Apply systems thinking to optimize the end-to-end flow of customer data across platforms, domains, and business processes Marketing Performance, Analytics \& Measurement * Implement the enterprise marketing analytics strategy, partnering with business units on measurement plans across brands * Lead initiatives to improve marketing ROI by advancing investments to outcomes (leads, revenue, and efficiency) * Develop consistent attribution and incrementality frameworks; establish ROI measurement standards and experimentation approaches * Synthesize cross-channel performance data into actionable recommendations for media allocation, experience optimization, and lead management programs * Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reporting for stakeholders from tactical teams to C-suite executives using tools such as Power BI or Tableau * Partner with agencies for clear planning, reporting, and insights; continuously improve campaign performance, targeting, and measurement rigor You Have * Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field * Ideally 10+ years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, business analysis, performance marketing, media planning/buying, or related roles * 5+ years of direct experience with customer data, Master Data Management, and/or data governance in enterprise environments * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders * Familiarity with data governance tooling (catalogs, lineage, quality platforms) * Working knowledge of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and database systems with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams * Familiarity with GDPR \& global regulations that govern customer data * Proven expertise in marketing measurement and analytics, including experimentation, funnel diagnostics, incrementality, and translating insights into decisions * Experience developing attribution frameworks and ROI standards across paid media and digital experiences (programmatic, paid social/search as applicable) with working knowledge of traditional channels * Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change We Have * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range $123,500.00 - $229,500.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
