As a Client Care Specialist/Veterinary Receptionist you will: Be the face of the office Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner Have empathy for both our clients and your team members Speak in a clear and concise manner that is easy for clients to understand Be a team player, well organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task Continue to learn and grow with our team The position includes the following duties and responsibilities: Scheduling appointments Checking in/out patients Completing follow up and reminder calls Maintaining internal communication with the doctors and staff Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and in person Able to answer client questions with confidence Troubleshoot client issues and know when to partner internally for escalations Other duties as assigned Job requirements: Critical thinking skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Computer and technical skills Be able to lift up to 40 lbs Sit and/or stand for long periods of time Work Tuesday through Saturday Serious inquires by email only.
