Certified Personal Trainer
Our Personal Trainers design customized workout programs and train members based on their goals and needs. The fitness sales team acquires all new clients so designing programs and training your clients can be your main focus. Sales is optional and can create an additional source of income for you in this position. As part of our personal training team, we expect you to possess a certified Personal Training Certificate from a qualified, reputable organization. There is an opportunity for advancement to Master Trainer, and beyond. There can also be sales opportunities if you would like to supplement your pay. All personal trainers are given a complimentary club membership for you and a friend to use when off the clock at any location! 25 hours of availability is required to be considered for this position. Experience is a plus but not needed. As long as you possess the knowledge to create workouts and programs for your clients, we will teach you on how to train them, manage your client list, and structure your sessions. If you currently are not certified, we also offer programs to give you the training you need while working on your certification as a part of our fitness team.
