This role is essential for coordinating maintenance services for social housing initiatives, serving as the critical communication link between contacts and maintenance service providers. About the role - Respond to and manage incoming calls and emails regarding the status of maintenance work orders. - Liaise with and follow up with tradespersons and contractors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. - Operate and maintain Work Management Systems (WMS) for logging interactions, updating work order statuses, and tracking progress. - Work consistently to meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators for resolution and response efficienc
