As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop high-quality web applications, enhance enterprise product features, and contribute across the full SDLC. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and serve as a technical leader on key projects. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of healthcare technology.The Senior Full Stack Developer will:* Design, develop, debug, and test web-enabled interfaces for DSS products. * Enhance existing product features, build new modules, and contribute to new product development. * Participate in project planning, product maintenance, system enhancements, and rapid issue resolution. * Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and best practices. * Serve as the primary development point of contact for one or more projects. Additional Responsibilities:* Adhere to established development and documentation standards. * Provide timely technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, version notes, and user guides. * Communicate effectively across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams. * Travel occasionally (up to 25%) based on business and client needs. Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind work assignments and make a reasonable accommodation as needed.Required Skills:* Must have proficient experience in professional software development * Hands-on experience developing web applications * Strong proficiency with: + HTML5 + JavaScript + CSS + C# + .NET + Delphi + SQL Server * Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members * Strong attention to detail * Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Preferred Skills:* Experience designing or developing EHR or healthcare software * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under tight deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify and remove barriers to progress Education:* Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience * Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field Certifications:(Preferred)* MCSD or equivalent advanced certifications in Web or Mobile Application Development * Other relevant software engineering certifications Years of experience in a similar role:* 6+ years of professional software development experience * 3+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications Compensation: Salary at DSS Inc is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 (annualized USD).
